Phase I - Preliminary Design

Phase II - Construction Documents

State of the art computer aided design and drafting systems allow our architects and draftsmen to produce a thorough, accurate, extensively detailed set of plans and specifications. The result is higher quality and better cost containment in construction.

• Site Plan
• Code Analysis for all Applicable Codes
• Floor Plans and Elevations
• Building Sections and Details
• Room Finish, Window, and Door Schedules
• Structural, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Engineering
• Audio/Visual Engineers
• Complete Specifications

Phase III - Construction Observation

After Phase I (Preliminary Design) and Phase II (Construction Documents) are complete, a Organization can choose to proceed with either Construction Observation services or Construction Management services.

Construction Observation

In Office:

• Review Materials, Request for Substitutions, Approve Shop Drawings
• Prepare Supplementary Drawings, as needed, to Clarify Intent of Construction Drawings
• Evaluate Contractor Requests for Credits and/or Extras for Change Orders

On Site:

• Make On Site Architectural Visits to Ensure Compliance with Construction Documents
• Make Final Inspection of Facility upon Completion
