Daniel Freeman, PhD, PMP, CQIA
Owner/General Manager
Daniel is a construction management consultant with 25 years of experience. His areas of expertise include operations management, project management, contract management, coaching, change management, strategic planning/management and organizational development.
Daniel currently holds a PhD in Organizational Management. He is currently certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) by the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
Lissette Freeman, PhD
Chief Human Services Officer
Lissette is an industrial organizational development consultant and human services counselor consultant with demonstrated expertise working with all levels of management and line employees in developing the human competencies critical to business success. She has solid coaching, training, facilitation, and design skills.
Lissette’s focus is on leadership development, change management, team building, conflict resolution, drug & alcohol counseling, as well as translation and interpretation services.
Lissette holds a PhD in Psychology. She is currently certified as a Criminal Justice Forensic Specialist, a Behavior Specialist and maintains the skills and certifications in Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling.
She is also bilingual/bicultural.
Kenneth Ward
Chief Development Officer
Kenneth is a seasoned real estate professional with a 20-year track record in development, finance and construction management. In the last five years, he has been involved in the development and construction financing of over $3.5 million in industrial, manufacturing, retail and housing projects.
Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management from the University of Texas.
Dericus Scott Chief Architect /Designer
Prior to joining Vizions in 2008, Dericus started his own architectural design firm working throughout the Charlotte metro, Winston-Salem, Raleigh/Durham, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Dericus has a wide variety of architectural experience that includes industrial, institutional, residential, commercial, and ADA accessibility projects.
Dericus seeks to produce unique pieces of architecture and design by merging the latest methodologies of architectural design and theory with the realities of construction, building codes, and real estate development.
Dericus holds an Applied Associates degree in Architectural Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute and is currently pursuing an Architect License in the state of North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
Denise Ramon
Construction Safety Officer
Denise brings over 12 years experience in a vast array of levels as well as a bilingual/bicultural background to Vizions and its clients. OHSA Inspections, Mitigation of Citations, In-house Safety Training, OHSA Training along with the development of a comprehensive safety training program are some of the areas
Denise brings value not only to the Vizions team; but to any contractors we may engage on work efforts. Her commitment to safety and risk management is recognized by the safety community and her piers in the awards she has accepted on behalf of Vizions such as the STEP Award and Platinum Award.
Denise holds an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts/Criminal Justice from Valencia Community College. She also holds an OSHA 500 Hour Certification, First Aid Certification and NPDES Level IA.
She is also bilingual/bicultural.
